I had a boat seat that chewed up by a few rodents .Gary was very professional the minute I walked in the door . I was given a quote and a time it would be completed, and it was done the next day. I'll definitely use him for future repairs.

We are so happy with our recovered ottoman. They were a little less expensive than our other quote and lead time was less. They actually had it done the next day. The other company had a 1-2 weeks lead time. Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

2/26/2024--Update-- 5 months later, still no response from the business and he still has our patio furniture pieces. Here is what happened: Repeat customer, hired him to redo the patio covers he made few years ago, as the stitching's were coming apart. At the same time asked him to reupholster 3 sofa cushions ( 10 cushions) and to make a custom cover for our recently bought treadmill. He took the covers with him along with 2 cushions and several months later, we are still waiting to hear back from him. He doesn't even return our calls any more. Previously the business after having agreed to reupholster 30 office chars, took a $2500 deposit and kept it for several months without starting the job. It wasn't easy for him to respond to our calls back then either. Return the covers and the two cushions in the condition they were picked up and that's all we request. Seems like other customers have had similar complaints about this business too 2/7/2024--- 2 weeks later, still NO RESPONSE and still waiting to hear back from the business
