    The driver that delivered my shipment River Mills was very polite he called me a half hour before he arrived. He was very professional and courteous and went out of his way to move our very heavy shipment of 1,300 pounds off the road which was a pretty decent distance. Our shipment of a very large crate and 2 boxes were not damaged in any way. I would highly recommend R+L Carriers and especially their driver River Mills.

    Bad employees call customer service and mangers nothing done. I ordered tables from a company they third partied delivered. Driver came in my business while we were extremely busy and demanded help to unload truck. When told we cant she left and went into our dining room to tell servers that they needed to help and that the cook was very rude. I now had to yell from kitchen I am the owner and we are busy. So now customers are experiencing this drivers ridiculous ( by the way her name is Tammy Montgomery) she decided to leave a 1 star review on our business because Im rude bit sure why Im rude by saying Im busy my staff is busy called many times get review taken down but she had a friend add another 1 star to our business. R&L management hasnt taken any action after many many many calls. Crap company will never use or allow to transport anything Ive paid for. Better off with ups or fedex or getting it yourself. Bad company. Bad practices

    If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had attempt to deliver to my business. And I say ATTEMPT because they put they had completed the delivery but never came by the store. Not a call, or anything and never updated their scan tool. I have been at my business since 9:30am this morning and they never attempted to contact us or come by yet logged they completed the run at noon this afternoon. Its 500lbs of protein I have been waiting on all day to get my business ready for Black Friday. And now the driver has left for the day. This company has zero communication with any of their employees or customers. Definitely do not recommend ever using them for anything.
