I am utterly disgusted by the appalling service I received at Mr. Transmission. I brought my car in for a transmission replacement, and what I got in return was a litany of problems that have left me fuming.First off, let's talk about the workmanship. After the repair, my car was out of alignment, making it a safety hazard on the road. Additionally, not one, but two front control arm bolts weren't even properly bolted in, causing a horrifying metal plucking noise that emanated from underneath my vehicle. Did anyone bother to do a quality check before handing me back my car? It's like they were trying to turn my vehicle into a musical instrument! And if that wasn't enough, somehow my Engine Crankshaft Position Sensor got messed up in the process. Now my engine stalls unexpectedly, a problem that never existed before their so-called "repair."Sure, the used transmission they installed seems to be working fine, and financing was a breeze. But let's be real here, those are the bare minimum expectations for any auto repair shop. The fact that they couldn't even meet those basic standards speaks volumes about the incompetence of their technicians.The financial and mental toll this ordeal has taken on me is immeasurable. Not only did I have to shell out more money to fix the problems they caused, but the stress and anxiety of driving a potentially unsafe vehicle have been overwhelming. And to add insult to injury, when I confronted them about their shoddy workmanship, their solution was to recommend that I go to Nissan for further repairs. As if I would trust them to fix anything after the disaster they've inflicted upon my car.I am seriously considering taking legal action against Mr. Transmission for the sheer negligence and incompetence they've displayed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place unless you enjoy throwing your hard-earned money down the drain and putting your life at risk every time you hit the road.
