image I called Tonys, was given up pick up time, which was a very reasonable time frame. Was then called back to let me know that they would be earlier. Driver was friendly and competent. All around great experience will use and recommend Tonys!

image I requested roadside assistance, and Tonys Wrecker Service was scheduled to arrive at 4 pm. However, by 4:20 pm, no one had shown up, and there was no communication. When I called to inquire, I was met with an attitude and told they couldnt make it due to rush hour traffic. Despite their assurance of being nearby, it took an additional 40 minutes for someone to arrive. When the tow truck finally arrived, I asked for a receipt before handing over my keys, but was informed they dont provide them. Even after requesting a photo of the information they were taking down, the driver simply went back to his truck (presumably to consult his supervisor). Meanwhile, my car service center couldnt confirm their identity. The driver came back and asked for my keys without addressing my concerns, I refused and demanded he gets my car down to which he says no. At this point, I walked over to his door blocked him so he would not try to leave with my car. This lead to a confrontation and me mentioning that I would call the police if he doesnt get this vehicle down. Eventually, he lowered the vehicle.
This incident highlights the complete lack of accountability and ownership by this company, as they failed to understand or empathize with the customers perspective. Their dismissive attitude and failure to communicate effectively demonstrate a clear disregard for customer service. Its astonishing that their rating is even above a 2-star.
To the owner of this organization: It's imperative that you become more involved in the day-to-day operations and take proactive measures to address these recurring issues. Basic customer service skills seem to be lacking among your team, as evidenced by numerous complaints. Failure to address these incidents will undoubtedly impact your company's reputation and bottom line. It's crucial to implement corrective actions to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, thus safeguarding the survival of your business.

I am sorry you felt the need to leave 1 star. We arrived to tow your vehicle and we admit that we were late from the appointment you scheduled. That does happen sometimes and we did explain that you. That does not mean you have to get angry with the operator who is there to tow your vehicle, nor does it mean you wait until the car is loaded to then say you are going to call the police and say we are taking your vehicle. And you must not put your hands on people. Then you continue to be angry with the agent from your automobile service provider. You demanded a receipt for something there was no receipt to give you were not paying for the service. I hope you have a better experience next time. You don't always have to be with the vehicle to have it towed maybe that will help you for future tows.

We called Tony's for assistance, and they sent someone out to help our driver and got him back on the road! We can't thank you enough. If you ever need anything down this way, let us know!

image Truck breaks down in the middle of the road. The police called the Tony's to help me get a tow since I can't get a hold of any other tow truck places. Cost of $210 for a 5 mile tow. That is just ridiculous and overpriced for 5 miles. And it wasn't even a holiday.

Ms. Dewitt,You were charged based on our company's after hours rate schedule. We provided services to you. while it was not a holiday it was after normal business hours. A large number of towing companies do not operate 24/7 which is why you could not get a hold of any other places. While it is important to keep the highways open to traffic for other motorist, we have to have a staff to respond to those calls like yours 24/7, and to have that staff comes at a tremendous cost. I am sorry you feel that $210 is ridiculous but we did do the job when no one else you called would. You may try to contact your insurance carrier and see if you are eligible for any type of reimbursement. I would appreciate if you have any additional questions or comments to call our office. I do not think that a 1 star is appropriate because we did the job that no one else would. I know you received excellent service from the time we received the call for service to you arriving at home was just over 1 hour.
