Costco Tire Center

Currently, I have been waiting for 2.5 hours on a tire rotation and balance. No explanation. It's just extremely horrible service. I did have an appointment. I would suggest going anywhere but here. You can't even get groceries while you wait this long, they would go bad. After being there for 3 hours and fifteen minutes, I ran out of patience and went to the desk. the guy went out to the shop and my truck was on the ground and he said it was ready. I had walked out back and looked through the window and seen my truck on the ground 45 minutes prior. This job should have taken no longer than forty five minutes. Somebody forgot about my truck and messed things up. It definitely messed up my day. The few dollars I saved there throughout the year was not worth throwing away several hours over this. I will now be renewing my membership.

I left so unbelievably irritated. I waited an hour and 50 minutes (was given a quote of an hour or less) and still hadnt gotten a call that my tires were done. I went to go see what was taking so long and was handed the keys with the guy not saying anything to me, just dropping them in my hand. I have no idea how long my car had been done without being notified. The tires were very over inflated and they left stuff ALL over my wheels that they didnt clean off.
