I can no longer do my own taxes so I come in with a lot of forms and paperwork, with things organized and ready to go on my end so that Belinda has me in and out in a hour, ready to sign on the line. Belinda has also gone to bat for me with another CPA off site, to help me get some answers that I needed, which was a lifesaver!

Scheduled an appointment to file my taxes from 2019-2022 and was told to turn my paperwork in on April 10th, 2023. Was not given an Outline/Detections on how to organize my filing but was told my Information was Good Enough and the Accountant would be in contact in Changes need to be made. Came in every other day till April 18th to see if any Comments were made by my Accountant and was told by their Receptionist everytime that my Accountant would reach out if there was any Issues. The Receptionist couldn't confirm if there was an extension madeor my 2023 1040 form, but saiderything should be fine.

Please, please, please avoid this company like the plague. I was told back in February that my 2022 taxes would be filed with an extension. Still to this day I cannot get ahold of anyone at the company to find out what is going on. Its been one thing after another. I have reached out countless times through phone calls and emails and have never received any updates. Do yourself a favor and find a professional and reputable tax account. This company is not that.
