Actually had a good experience at the location I chose this year. Past 8 years I tried diff locations every time and only half either acted qualified or barely convinced me to come back. But I was audited and it was my time to shine. It's why I paid for a dream team in my corner. But I was wrong. NOBODY helped like I was promised. On my own. I won and will never use HR block. They lied and couldn't even send a fax. They've already lost and I'm getting refunded. An apology will do just fine.

This was the first year I used this location. My previous tax preparer retired. I made the appointment online for 4:00. Later that day, an H&R Block representative called to see if I could change my time until 4:15 because a tax professional would be available then. I agreed. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted and asked to have a seat. The gentleman was with a client and asked me to wait. I then heard him ask the other gentleman if,"he had her number?" After waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman called the " tax professional " I had the appointment with. He told her I had already ben waiting 15 minutes. He looked at me and asked ,"Can you wait 10 more minutes?" I agreed. 45 minutes later, a woman comes rushing in the office, apologizing for being late. She doesn't take me back to a desk, she grabs my tax papers and information from my hands and kneels down on the floor in the lobby and proceeds to rip open my papers and scream and complain about how many envelopes I had and how things were not opened. She continued to complain about my papers all the time rushing. Then she started telling me that my husband would have to come in and sign. I had enough. I grabbed my papers and explained that I had waited for 45 minutes and she was being very rude and disrespectful. I grabbed my paperwork and left. I will never go to the location again
