Tom is amazing. He is smart , personable and intelligent. The woman there may rub you wrong at times , at first I thought she was rude but I got to know her this year and shes actually a great person who just doesnt come off as youd expect. But I trust Tom and her wholeheartedly I will gladly keep going. Great people good service.

Absolute worse service! Not to mention the inside of this place is absolutely horrendously disgusting! When I walked in, I had to wait for Tom to finish watching his episode of some show all while smoking a cigarette in this building. With no windows opened or anything. Thankfully I was able to leave my 7 month old in the vehicle with grandma. I seen roaches crawling around on the floor as I was waiting to get my taxes done. There is old fly traps with dead flys hanging from the ceilings. Random food boxes that have been went through and scattered all over the waiting area. Tom was filthy and in his pajamas while filing my taxes. He had some kind of liquid goo dripping from his mouth onto his beard. I almost puked. ANYWAYS, I filed my taxes a month ago and the IRS has yet to receive them so I called two weeks ago and they told me they were working on mine. I called today and they told me that Tom has made errors with my taxes and they have lost my forms so they have to find those and fix errors before they can file my taxes. I will be going tomorrow to pick my money up that I paid a month ago to go get my taxes done elsewhere and I can absolutely promise I will never be back! Highly do not recommend them! If you have a weak stomach, dont even give it a thought to walk into this place! Absolutely a shame!

We have used them for the 2022 & 2023 tax years. They are very fairly priced and very casual. Basically they treat you like a person and not a commercial asset. This is a small outfit that appears to be ran by a husband & wife and the sister of the wife. Now to my only criticism. Despite this criticism, I still gave them a 5 star rating. Clearly the people running this business are on the messy side of things. Smells a little messy, looks a lot messy and is a very unkept location. Not gonna lie, it looks like the kinda of place that would be running a scam. But trust me, it's legit, despite looking almost like a crack house inhabited by hoarders. Both time we dealt with a guy named Tom. He's a disabled man who is very nice and knows what he's doing.
