Horrible, when they were contacted for plumbing, heating, and rain water coming in the property They never responded. They are rude. Avoid ALLTRADE. THEY ARE SLUMLORDS!!!

Update: This isn't a place that you want to rent from. 0/5 stars, once we signed the paperwork and was ready to move in, we were catfished. The property wasn't the one we were promised and we almost went into a legal battle to get our money back. Don't ever rent from this place, EVER. Stella transitioned to another property mgmt company during our process. Sorry for the late review, meant to update this a while ago.

If I could Id give zero stars ! I lived at one of their properties and they left an outstanding sewer bill in my name when they transferred our leases over to another company, I have a lease saying they were responsible and they paid every other month that year now they say their not responsible. Currently in the process of filing against them in small claims court. Worst company ever.
