PACKAGE OPENED AND CONTENTS STOLEN! Do not use this store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The employee who facilitated our shipment and subsequently stole four items from such shipment was the only person in the store that knew what our package contained.

I recently had a truly awful experience at the UPS Store located inside the Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. I would strongly advise against using this location for any of your shipping needs. Allow me to share the details of my unfortunate encounter. Firstly, I found it suspicious when the sales agent refused to charge me a transport fee and offered me an unbelievably great deal. It seemed fishy, to say the least. Despite my reservations, I decided to proceed with the shipment as he assured me it would go out that very day. However, my trust in their service quickly unraveled. I had to call the store not once, but twice, to ensure that my package was actually being shipped. This lack of transparency and communication was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary anxiety. To make matters worse, when I finally received my package a few days later, I discovered that half of its contents had been removed. The store shamelessly claimed that it was not their fault and denied any responsibility. It became apparent that the sales agent was the only one who knew about the valuables inside and had access to them. This raises serious concerns about the integrity and security of their operations. If you are attending a conference and need to ship your goods, I strongly caution against using this UPS Store location. Instead, I recommend utilizing the UPS services at the airport. At least there, you can have more confidence in the security of your items and expect better customer support. In conclusion, my experience at the UPS Store inside the Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky was nothing short of a nightmare. The franchise location failed to provide the level of service and security one would expect from UPS. I urge others to learn from my unfortunate experience and avoid this location at all costs.

I am at a national legal conference. Hunter at UPS clearly and accurately explained the cost of shipping a small box to my brother. He even taped it up for me. Such a nice young man. His parents must be proud.

Located on the second floor in the back corner of the conference center area of the hotel. Doors were locked, lights were off at 8:45 AM this morning (Wednesday). The signage and web info say this location opens at 8:00.
