I have been living here at Lyndon Square Senior Apartments for a year and met many nice people. The activities are enjoyable. My apartment has a good floor plan, a big kitchen with lots of storage, grab bars in the bathroom. I feel safe from falling, and safe in the neighborhood.

Major parking problems still exist at this complex along with others such as extremely high rental increases. The positive, David Schilling, Maintenance Technician is outstanding. New manager Shauna Arnold appears to be addressing many of the issues plaguing this community.

I arrived here in July, 2023. I am very happy with the apartment, the grounds, the neighborhood, the proximity to major highways and thoroughfares. It is worth the premium price for all inclusive rent and utilities and I feel this is the best of the Clover Group managed properties in Jefferson County.

Great place to live. Close to everything but nestled away on a quite street. plenty of activities. David and Shona are wonderful, good people. couldn't be happier.
