Just want to say the way Abby buehner treats people from different ethnicities is ridiculous , had one conversation and was treated like dirt. I dont recommend this company what so ever.

My wife and I worked with Britani at White Picket Real Estate. She made our home buying process simple and stress free. We did a new construction build and the process was longer than the normal home buying process to be expected, but she was there every step of the way. Sam Ault is the absolute best. I don't have enough room here to fully describe how helpful he was on a property I inherited that was in disrepair. I talked to so many cash buyers my head was spinning, until Sam reached out to me. My family and I were divided on what to do and who should receive the proceeds if any. It was such a delicate situation. Sam called or texted everyday, sometimes just to check in and see how I was doing. He patiently navigated through everyone's (6 of us) feelings and temperaments until we reached the finish line that he and I had hoped for from the beginning. Sam is amazing at what he does but he's also a trusted friend. I would recommend him to anyone and will always value the time we worked together. He's an amazing human being. If you have a home you need to sell for cash, or any other real estate needs, Sam is absolutely the right guy
