I'm a bit late to this review, but better late than never! Working with Zach was by far the best decision I made during my home buying journey. Not only was he concerned with my specific needs, he was candid and honest in his thoughts and reviews of the homes we looked at. Was it a good value? How well did it fit my needs? Is the home in good shape? Zach is local and has deep knowledge of the area, its history, and common gotchas in various neighborhoods. All of this resulted in me finding a home that I feel is absolutely perfect for me that I've now been in for 8 months.
