Todd Martin is the best in the business. Buying a house in this market is no easy task but Todd stuck with us for the long haul. We didn't make it easy for him - our list of "needs" was long and our list of preferred zip codes was very very short. He is available and knowledgeable. Working with Todd and his assistant was great. He thoroughly explained the process of buying a house, set expectations, and gave rough estimates of what upfront cost to expect. He was always available when I needed him. During the process, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying a home and offered great advise when I had doubts or concerns.
