Do you want to be lied to and called a cheapskate? If so, then sign with this company. I just had the worst experience in my life with Pride. I think inexperience and not having knowledge of laws when working with a seller whom has a rental tenant was an issue. I live in Cali and asked the realtor to walk the property and give me feedback on if it was ready to go on market in it's current condition. The realtor said I could get top dollar and said aside from a deep cleaning it was good to go. He took photos of a dirty refrigerator and missed an entire upstairs. I asked about things I saw in the pictures and he had no idea. Next thing I know, they want me to make this house turn-key and constantly talked about the renter and how he was the problem. They let a lady and a child enter the home without any realtor present! Why would they allow anyone to enter the home to view and expect the renter to sell it to them. They made promise to work with renter but then just blamed him. I have owned and sold many houses over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism and personal attacks. If this house was not a house they could sell, then he should have said that after the initial walk through.
