I have done business with Amstar thru my company AT&T for over 14 years. They have been a very valued partner in providing facility, property and construction management to our portfolio of retail stores and administrative spaces covering several states, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their integrity, responsiveness, quality of work and cost of work far exceeded my expectations. If they couldn’t perform the work themselves with their technicians, they would seek out the most cost effective vendor or way of getting the job done. They quickly and continually earned the respect and trust of AT & T management throughout the years of our partnership. Most impressive was their work in readying and helping to open up new locations for the company as well as closing down old locations and turning those locations back over to Landlords. I have worked with Amstar and their management team for the past 5 years. They have always been very responsive to our requests and needs by giving us solutions to any problems that arise. They not only manage the projects but also bring them in under budget. I would give them 5 stars.
