Sweet Spot Photos

I think long and hard about the ramifications of leaving a negative review before doing so. As someone who truly believes in the spirit of local business owners, I am very well aware of the damage that can be done from a single piece of unsavory feedback. However, after giving this guy over three weeks worth of chances, I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service, attention to detail and communication he has provided. Because of his shady reputation, I reached out to him to request a proof of my child's pictures. It was important to me to see what I was buying before spending money that I could not get back for a shoot that could not be reproduced. I was told that having a proof sent would be no problem, and instructed to send some basic identifying information to the photographer via email. I did so that day. In the weeks since, I have called, sent a text message and sent several emails. There's absolutely no reason for a so-called professional to have such a blatant disregard for the need to follow up. His loss. What could have been a very lucrative package purchase is now a no sale. Gift items that would have been sold, will now be bought from someone else. I would advise any school, organization or person considering the use of this individual, to reconsider and utilize a more reputable photographer instead.

So frustrated with how long it's taken to get our photo order. We took photos on August 3rd and ordered that day and STILL have not gotten them back (or the other items) and our season is over NEXT week! :(
