Lane Bryant

Moving from Florida was an adjustment but this store needs some customer morale boosting. No one spoke when people entered the store. One person was helping a customer and the other was just standing there not interacting with customers. I was coming to purchase specific items but would rather online than give that sale to this store. Also the store set is cluttered and not appealing

Quit bugging people about your credit card! I was approached about 4 times for it and said I wasn't interested the first time. And your clothes are ugly.

I myself do not shop here but a family member does. She loves it and tells all her friends to come here because of the nice employees

I typically go to the Lane Bryant at the outlet and have never had a bad experience there. I will continue to go to that Lane Bryant and will not opt for this location again. To preface, I wasn't here to shop. I was there to do a pickup on an online order, the first time I've done an in-store pickup. When I mentioned I was there to pick up my order, the associate told me that because I was picking up an order, I was able to get 50% off one item in store excluding clearance. Originally I wasn't interested, she pressed, I picked out a bra I liked that was marked for $35 (not clearance) and another associate and I went through the process of ordering it online in my size. I mentioned how 50% off of $35 was a great deal for a bra more than once. When it came time to pay, another associate (I'm assuming the manager) had to assist with bringing the online order into their register for payment. She said the bra doesn't qualify for the 50% off but that she would accommodate and give me 50% off the full price, which made it $32 before tax. I told her I was under the impression it was half off the $35 price tag and she was defensive and rude saying it was a doorbuster price and that it doesn't qualify. I decided against the purchase and left with my online order. If you offer a discount, be more clear in the details. I wasted over 30 minutes of my day because of a misunderstanding that could have been prevented and the manager should have honored the 50% off the marked price as the item was NOT clearance which was the only exclusion I was told. Skip this store, go to the outlet. They are much friendlier.
