Ed's Plumbing

My company Century Complete hired Eds Plumbing to finish 2 new construction finals. Peyton Brown committed to doing the jobs but consistently delayed schedules and never committed to what he promised. Overall experience with Eds Plumbing was horrible.

Dont call any other company, if youre reading this, call Ed right now!!!! Extremely professional, fast and was able to fix the gas leak another big company couldnt do.

We hired Ed's Plumbing in April 2023 for new gas lines installation, drain, waste vents and water heater installation. We paid him what he asked for. The water heater wasn't ready to be installed at that moment as the house was still under the remodeling process, but because we had already paid him for it he asked we let him know when ready to install so he could return. We have now been asking him to return for the water heater installation for months now. At one point he responded and said "I'll get to it when I get to it". We are extremely disappointed as we had to pay someone else again to install it. Making us pay for this service twice. We have been trying to contact him numerous times, however, he is not responding to our messages or phone calls. I honestly don't recommend this business.

Wont answer when you tell him a job you paid for already isnt completed. Very unprofessional when trying to get answers on when things are going to be completed. Didnt meet multiple deadlines and made excuses. Ill get to it when I get to it was a response for a job already paid for and leaving a house with no water! Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair, Shower repair, Plumbing leak repair
