Gardner’s Plumbing and Remodeling

American Home Sheild sent Gardner to fix a simple tub faucet leak . Farther and son came on a Mon, they diagnosed the problem and said they'd need to order the part and come back. We both agreed for them to come back the following week. Fri I had to call and confirm if they had the part and would still come to the agreed date. Well No one showed up. Got a call the next day from Janet apologizing and said the they didn't have the part and would need to come pull the cartridge and go to the store to match up and buy one. Set an appt, but no call no show. After the 1st No show you'd think they would show up. ,To make it short no one showed up to a total of 3 scheduled appointments. Nice guys but the way they handle business is horrible.

Gardners Plumbing provides excellent services. The representative (Janet) was courteous and knowledgeable. Trinity (service representative) was efficient and knowledgeable. He did outstanding, work . He was thorough and professional.

They came the next morning to fix my clogged shower drain. Trinity explained in detail what the problem was and also gave us a few options on how to fix the problem. I got a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done with pricing. Would definitely recommend them.
