Beautiful shop with the sweetest owner who will tell you all you need to know about the plant of you choosing. I also noticed that it doubles as a refill store for soaps and detergents accompanied by popular sustainable products such as the bamboo dish scrubber among others. A wonderful place overall.

Its difficult to know where to start! This weekend, I participated in Forages scavenger hunt and it was so fun, as well as rewarding. We loved walking around old Lou. The stores and places we visited along the route were so intentional and extremely thoughtful. Not to diminish how great the event was, but the treasure at the end was awesome. 20% off both Koko and Forage products allowed my friend and I both to grab some really awesome items/plants/pots. In particular, Tyler really made our experience so awesome. Tyler was so knowledgeable about the products AND extremely patient with me as I walked around in circles in the store for about an hour. Also he was super funny. I took home two lil cutie calatheas with pots as well as some items from Koko the shop as well..I liked the calatheas so much that I went to the Germantown store today to get another. (Thats a 10/10 experience every time I go but were here for Old Lou in this review) This was undoubtedly a 10/10 experience and I hope they do another event like this soon!
