We are very pleased with IPM. We purchased our home in summer 2019 and IPM has helped us keep the termites away. We moved here from across the country so we were grateful to find an honest company from the start. They are very responsive, on time, reasonable pricing, and overall has great service. We cant recommend them enough!

We have been using IPM for several years for both termites and pest control. I love that the yearly payments cover any issues I have through the year. They can usually get me on the schedule right away and attend to any small issues. Generally, I don't even have to do that. Can't say enough about them. Highly recommend them! They do great work, but the automatic appointment system is so inconvenient. They call you 2-3 days before (one of those days being a holiday last time) and schedule you even if you dont answer, and the voicemail is either blank or half of the message is cut off so you dont know what its saying. Then, when they show up at your house and youre not there (because said voicemail doesnt give complete info and 2-3 days isnt enough time to request off work anyway) the guy gets frustrated with YOU and claims the notes say human answered despite that not being true. So someone is writing false notes or the guy showing up isnt being truthful. As soon as frustrated tech leaves, he says to call and reschedule, which I always plan to do. But instead they will IMMEDIATELY call you and put you on the schedule again whether you answer or not, again. It sounds like a great idea if we all had the ability to just take off when they scheduled, but in reality it wastes their techs time, gas, and stresses out a busy customer who may not have the time to call to reschedule before the day of appointment with such a short notice. Anyway, I will continue to use them but I wanted to express the inconvenience of the appointment system nonetheless.
