When you call, the phones are answered in another state. They cant answer your questions- they have to message someone who may or may not call you back. The scheduling leaves you hanging with no time frame for arrival. 2 stars because they did the work and showed up. But they tromped through my landscaping and left a mess along the way that we cleaned up. They say they have restructured but it doesnt show! Got tired of hearing thats a good question without any kind of answer. Regret ever using them and hope I can save someone else from it. My mom used Black Diamond and liked them.

My ex roommate's aunt spent a week with us one time and didn't tell us she had bed bugs. My ex roommate called them when we discovered our unwanted guests. I can't remember what they charged her to treat the house. Of the four times they were scheduled to come treat the house they only showed once. The other three times they were a no call no show. My roommate called someone else after the third no call no show.
