Highly recommend Jeff. I went in already down 100 pounds battling major health issues and in just a few short months I have seen significant results. Small gym setting allows for a anxiety free 1 on 1 workout. Without Jeff Id still be sitting in a commercial gym parking lot working up the courage to go inside.

Ive been working with Jeff over 10 years. Before Jeff, I had worked with other fitness trainers but no one had pushed me to be the best like Jeff does. He always has a word of encouragement to keep you going when you think you cant do another rep. As a dietician and trainer. Jeff has been an integral part to reach my fitness goals.

I have worked with Jeff for over 15 years. He is such a motivator. He listens and adjusts our workouts accordingly. I have never felt stronger and more confident with my body. He has taught me its not just about a number (weight) its as much about nutrition, stamina and again, confidence. I highly recommend Jeff on all levels.
