When looking for an orthodontist, I wanted an office that was caring, understanding of my needs, and would help me to achieve the look I wanted. I definitely found this and more at Dr. Shackelton's office. They've been so kind, fun, and really make me feel part of a dental family. My teeth not only look amazing, but I can chew and not have pain anymore! Dr. Shackelton was amazing. She explained everything step by step and helped me understand my full needs. If you're looking for an orthodontist, look no further! This office is amazing and they have several locations!!

If I could offer less stars I would. I waited to write this review, but this one is for you Nancy! I feel sorry for the employees that work for Nancy Shackleton, they were all wonderful. Nancy on the other hand was so unprofessional and rude to me and my family I can't imagine how she treats her staff. Thank you for the full reimbursement it was appreciated by me. I am grateful that I had no need to ever contact you again. Furthermore, thank you for the teachable moment I had with my son on "HOW NOT TO BE AS AN ADULT," I am sure we will continue to reference Nancy for the rest of our lives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Shackleton and her amazing staff. I had gone to another company for Invisalign, and didn't have a very good experience or results with them. Due to my crossbite, Dr. Shackleton took the time to explain what was needed to correct my teeth and that I needed full braces. Her and her staff were always very attentive and professional. I am so very happy with my results and cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Shackleton is a thorough orthodontist. She cares about her patients, and her results are as close to perfection as you'll find. The pictures are the day I got them on and the day I got them off.

Dr Shackleton not only provides top notch, quality service in her 25 years of practice; she also provides a welcoming and friendly office environment. I cant say enough positive words about her! Highly recommend!!!
