Service was really good, Miss Denise was very helpful. However finding the classes we like was extremely difficult. The had all the brands mixed together. It took for ever to locate the brands for they were separated by style.

I will hopefully not be returning to this place. I have gone through a few pairs of glasses, and for the first time had the WORST experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. As someone else stated, they seem to rush and thus did not pay much attention in the initial eye exam. I told the doctor my concerns and issues with my eyes and they didn't seem to be listening much, because they gave me the wrong prescription! In the end they ended up giving me the prescription based on my current glasses, which I don't even think is accurate. The updated lenses they gave me make my eyes hurt and are much worse than the first ones they gave me! They should have checked the prescription of my current glasses at my first appointment and this could have been avoided. They also could have listened when I told them how my eyes are, but they didn't seem to care. The same doctor examined my eyes twice, and both times they didnt even turn off the lights to test my vision in the dark. Its been a while since my last eye exam, but if I remember correctly they are supposed to do that! When I went to pay for the new glasses they quoted it to around 150 dollars, but when I went back a few days later to pay for them they said it was 70 dollars.. what?? Why was it so expensive the first time??? To reiterate, this was all with one doctor, and one sales person, so this isn't reflective of the practice as a whole. I ended up paying less than what I was originally quoted, and they corrected the problem. However, the fact that there were even problems is an issue. Everyone else I came into contact with there seemed like they knew what they were doing. My suggestion would be to find a good independent doctor instead of going to a group that can hide behind the company name. I am going to try to get my glasses fixed at another vision works because even with the correct prescription they gave me they hurt my eyes way too much to even try to adjust. If I go back to the same location I am worried there will still be issues. To end this review, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this vision works location to non-spanish speaking people, because I think that was the root of all these problems. The only reason I went to vision works was because of the frame options. Here's a tip for the company: allow customers to choose if they want to be accommodated by someone who speaks English or Spanish as their native language. As someone who has lived outside of the US I know that both parties would feel more accommodated if they were to speak to someone in their native language.

Horrible experience went in my daughter picked out frames got the paperwork then waited for them to be done except they never were. The pair she had chosen were discontinued so she needed to pick out a new pair this is now 3 weeks later and us calling every 2 days to finally be told this 3 weeks later. Ok I made it happen took her back up to pick out a new pair 2 weeks go by again , so I just showed up with my daughter today. What do ya know they are ready, my daughter puts them on and can't see explains to the rude taller lady that was there to make sure it's all okay fits right see can't see anything as I explain there is no way this is her prescription these lenses are way too thin she's almost legally blind. This women will not do anything for me or my daughter had my daughter crying leaving cause she told her you need to keep them on for 3 days to adjust. Ma'am how if she can't see? That's all I can do. Very rude. She's balling so I get her sqeezed in with her opt. And go figure it's the wrong lenses like I had already said.. stay away from this PLACE

I had a wonderful experience today, Everyone I came in contact was very helpful and so kind. I got just what I wanted and needed. A young lady named Rihanna helped me with my contacts and a really amazing lady named Abigale made me feel so relaxed and helped me get a great pair of glasses at a really good price. This was the best visit Ive ever had.
