Great customer service but takes forever to get your glasses in

I had to call the office 8 times in one day to get a copy of BOTH my contacts and glasses prescription. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice, but failed to actually send my prescription. The first person I spoke to followed through, but I only received my contact prescription. I had to spend the rest of the day calling them to get my glasses prescription. It was ridiculous. The whole point of calling is to avoid having to drive to the office. And with the amount of time I spend doing that, I could've driven there and got it sorted out. I tried to place my contact order elsewhere to save money and this office claims they can't write brands they don't sell, and didn't offer to enable generic contact brands. I feel like they've given me a hard time at every turn and significantly wasted my time. I was a first time patient with them and am very underwhelmed with my customer service experience.

Vision First in Hillview is awesome! My daughters and all use this office. The office staff is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Hogan is the BEST! He's wonderful, very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend them for all of your optical needs!

We went there for the first time this year. We ended up paying about $500 more than we did with Clarkson eye care. They messed up my son's prescription 3 times before finally getting it right. The glasses We all got keep breaking for no reason. My prescription is wrong and I can't see out of my glasses very well and I have to wear Readers with my contacts to see. I will never go back. As soon as my yearly exam comes back around I will be going somewhere else.

Received my second pair of glasses. The first was two years ago. Worked with Cody both times in selecting frames. Honestly, I hate buying glasses and always just want to get the experience over. Cody quickly helped me pick out a pair, adjusted my old, then helped me with the pick up process. The front desk and doctor was also great. All were very professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
