The young woman that helped me pick out my glasses, was really friendly, nice and helpful. The young woman that did my exam, was also nice, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The older woman answering the phone was really rude. She had a attitude the whole 5 minutes I had to deal with her. Im asking questions, shes getting smart and barely answering the questions & she slammed my ID on the desk. Besides the rude old lady, that was my only bad experience

I always go to Korrect Optical on Dixie Highway. I was sad to hear that they are moving to downtown. Now I have to either drive to downtown, out in the east end or go to another optical store that is closer. Everyone there was very professional and personal. They were very nice and made you feel comfortable. Thank you Korrect Optical.

Ive been a patient here for a couple of years. Friendly staff. Easy to get an appointment. Today I was having an emergency. I was on my way to officiate a funeral for a family and one of my contacts fell out while I was driving. Not only could I not find it, but I also wasnt going to be able to read my notes for the service. I stopped by and explained my emergency to the staff and they were able to help me in a pinch so I could be on time and able to help a grieving family. The actions and kindness of the staff was priceless considering what was at stake. Highly recommend sending them your business, but most importantly trusting them with your eye care needs.
