I had a 19 pound ovarian cyst that was suspected to be cancerous. Thus referred to Dr Metzinger. The office is nice. The appointment was timely. The staff was friendly. The surgery was timely. Terrifying experience. Dr Metzinger answered all my questions...like he has probably done so many times. Fortunately was not cancer and I did not have to endure that. I would recommend him.

Hello! I am writing this review to help those who are still skeptical about choosing Dr. Metzinger for their medical needs. I dont have enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Metzinger & his team are! Dr Metzinger performed my robotic hysterectomy a few weeks ago. Since I was in a severe pain I needed to see the Doctor urgently, he managed to do it while being on a tight schedule and gave me an early appointment due to my condition. My recovery has been quick and the incisions that were made are barely visible in the form of small lines. Id also like to praise how quick his team responds to any of my concerns or questions. When I went for my appointment I was nervous and had lots of questions on my mind so Doctor took his time and explained me in detail without rushing anything. He even responds to my calls for all my small doubts and gave me consolation that theres nothing to be worried about. Dr Metzinger is very knowledgeable, skilled & a confident individual. Ive had the best experience a patient could ask for. I really appreciate Dr Metzinger & his team, Thank you so much.

I had a total robotic hysterectomy done 3 weeks ago and only took ibuprofen 800 MG the first few days, never touched the narcotic pills as I didn't need them. My recovery has been amazing, went back to work after the second week and felt pretty good, sometimes I have to remind myself I just had surgery and to slow down! The telehealth was super easy to do. His staff are great, always willing to answer any questions. Definitely recommend him and his staff!

Dr. Metzinger is an amazing surgeon. The robotic hysterectomy had a nearly pain-free recovery. The follow up treatments are very comfortable at the Brown Cancer center. Dr. Metzinger has surrounded his practice with a wonderful group of people. I have zero complaints and many compliments. I feel blessed to chosen these providers.

She was referred as she had blood clots from the Johnson and Johnson vaccine which ended with an ablation as excessive bleeding occurred from removal of birth control and prescription of blood thinners. The excessive bleeding and extreme pain after the procedure couldnt be helped from the previous doctors at Clark Memorial Hospital in Indiana. Upon seeing this doctor he instantly looked at her and stated He knew why she was having the issues she was having. He stated it was her weight before asking questions himself. He stated the excessive bleeding was from her weight and said nothing of the pain. After leaving in tears as no help was offered she sought out another doctor. After one visit the new doctor listened to her problems and after one ultrasound they found a 14 centimeter fibroid. A CT scan is scheduled for removal of the uterus to check for cancer. Thankfully she sought out a new doctor that actually listened to her and didnt judge her by her looks. A weight loss plan for losing 50 pounds in 6 weeks was this doctors plan to fix her pain and bleeding. Im sure this would not help the 14 centimeter fibroid one bit and living in pain. This experience could have cost her dearly listening to this doctor who absolutely did not listen to her. Highly recommend going somewhere else for medical services.
