Beware if you have a high deductible or your insurance doesnt have complete coverage. They will bill you for services you dont request and dont receive. I went twice for medication management. I was billed for an additional charge for therapy both times, which I didnt ask for or receive. One session was a five phone call confirming the medications I needed refilled. I was charged for the appointment as well as for a 30 minute therapy session. When I called the office to try to straighten out the fraudulent charges, I got the run around for months. They were very unhelpful and would left voicemails unanswered on many occasions. I had to end up paying almost $150 for services I did NOT receive.

I love this practice. The professionalism of Dr Strickland and courtesy staff is by far the best around. Dr Strickland has such compassion for her patients I've recommended my daughter and my son to her.

After my PCP was tragically and devastating killed in a ski accident, my Multiple Sclerosis doctor filled in for him in the middle of a pandemic. Then I got a referral from my pain doctor to this practice. I really like the staff and the professionals. I see Jacqueline Wilson and Angelina Strickland. They co-exist as a family and I do not feel like a number there. I have had my fair share of doctors who treat you like a number. I don't feel that way here. It is great to see a team work so well together and strive to treat their patients with kindness and respect. I am very blessed to have had a great doctor refer me to a place who takes great care of me and listens to me. This is why this practice has grown and expanded so well. Treating people as people goes a long way and I am happy that this team's mission and vision seems to be one of humanity, compassion, professionalism and equity. Thanks Ladies!

The staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Strickland answered all my questions and did not rush me. I am very satisfied with the service they provide.
