        Absolute atrocious communication network. Tried numerous times to register for Kentucky driver safety course at the state office on October 12th. Number on printed notice apparently had wrong area code; made numerous calls to referred numbers; no help at all. Congratulations to any one able to register. Would be surprised if anyone actually got through.
