        The morning crew brings a smile to my face every time I walk in the door. Lissa is a motivator and Demontez (sorry if I've misspelled) couldn't be more friendly. The facility is clean and is helping me reach my goals!

        I love the downtown YMCA!!! A A separate womens workout room, lots of classes, friendly staff, swimming pool. The place is huge!!!

        I can go to classes during my lunch hour. I love the body pump and the spinning classes at noon. Works great in my schedule. Every instructor, Roxanne and Christina at Body Pump, Kathy and Andrea for spinning all do a fantastic job. The staff from checking in to just casual interactions are always friendly. It is just a great facility.
