        Their website is misleading. It says to call for assistance if you don't live on the first floor, but there's no assistance, they just won't do it. Don't waste your time or energy if you are a single person or would otherwise need assistance in moving heavy furniture and live on any other floor of a building. They wouldn't even take something from the walk out basement by the carport.
