Highland Nails

Yikes. I was cut on three different toes when getting the pedicure, and had a bad massage. This place is an infection waiting to happen, and on all of the menu's it states, " No Refunds." $17 for them to just file and paint your nails. Additionally, this place smells toxic. AVOID

My service was great, but the lady who was doing my nails looked a little tired and thought she was bout to fall asleep while doing my nails! But the service is great NO ROACHES they didn't have a single bug, or so I didn't see anything, the lady's where amazing and the lady who did me ruined her nails to do mine! But the place is a little small but it was no biggie but the thing that got me was the very strong smell of alcohol and paint and it stinked

This was my FIRST time there. The girl (heavy set, black hair, Cuban woman) that did my nails (full set) filed my nails SO much that I barely had nail for her to adhere the tips to! The acrylic application felt like my fingers were burning in the depths of hell and then when she used to UV light on them, I told her it burned REALLY BAD and all she did was spray alcohol on them. My painful service was overpriced and she was hurting me so bad that I just went with the ugly square nails she gave me at first since she NEVER ASKED how I wanted them so I missed the opportunity to choose. I went home, hated them so much that I went back the very next day and asked for my nails to be changed entirely. Of course they charged for this service as well even though i told the owner I wasnt happy AT ALL. Weeks later, my nails arent falling off AT ALL and Im rather impressed but not impressed enough to go back there. So I went to my usual nail salon Long Nails with Jason. Jason informed me that my nail beds were SO dug into that no wonder it burned when I was getting them done. My finger tips were so burnt that they peeled and revealed new skin eventually. To make a long story short, I just took off my nails and you can LITERALLY TELL how much she dug into my bed from how low my finger nail is from the side. Jasons work was significantly higher up since he didnt drill as much as she did. My finger nails from the side look like steps just to have a visual of what she did. Taking my nails off has been hell because the little bit of nail she left me with is barely a barrier as Im taking them off. My fingers are THROBBING! Ive NEVER gone through this much pain taking some nails off. I wouldnt go here even if they offered me FREE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
