I would highly recommend Myong Kim if you are in need of any type of refi or getting a mortgage. We were treated with the utmost respectful. His knowledge made our experience not only speedy but very thorough with any and all questions answered. He was available to use after hours and on weekends. All calls were promptly returned as well as text messages. Everything that was promised to us, he assured us it would happen in a timely fashion and did. After our closing he followed up to make sure all went well and still offered to be there for us afterward if we had any questions. Mr Kim looked over our previous escrow and recommended us to another insurance agent for our homeowners. Mr Kim saw that we were paying too much. We saved approximately $1300 a year thanks to Mr Kim.
