Now that weve been in our house for a couple of months, we just wanted to send our thanks to Kevin with L3 Home Lending for making it all happen for us. We worked with Kevin on the refinance of our previous home, and again with the purchase of this house, and we have nothing but praise to share! Kevin kept us in the loop 24/7, even if that meant answering our questions at 8pm on the weekend. He went out if his way to help us understand the process along the way, and even came to our closing over an hour from his office. Kevin and his team at L3 Home Lending were highly professional, and very easy to work with. Kevin was able to answer all of our questions regarding our loan options and left us feeling confident thru out the entire process. As mentioned in previous reviews Kevin was very timely in his responses. I would recommend Kevin to anyone that is interested in financing or refinancing a home.
