We have been so impressed with the Teresa Wallace Team in the sell of our home after 36 years. Teresa came in and helped us put our best foot forward with realistic expectations. She had a professional photographer for our photos and throughout the stressful process, she kept us informed and was always very responsive! We had worked with her to find our forever home a few months ago and knew how awesome she would be! Although we had worked with her on a couple of estate sales in the past and found her to always be very friendly and helpful, nothing compared to her help and responsiveness with our current purchase and sale after 36 years in our home. We used Teresa and her team to purchase our home in 2020 and to sell that same home in 2023. We were new to the Louisville area and met Teresa through mutual connections. She has been very professional, but also understanding of our needs/wants for both the purchase and sale of our home. We moved out of state where she wasn't able to assist us with the purchase of our new home, but was still willing to answer any questions we had. If she is able to put up with us, then she is able to help anyone! I highly recommend her to all of our friends/family, as well as strangers. This team is so awesome and so welcoming. They go above and beyond to give their clients the best experience.

We worked with Kate from this team and she was wonderful! As first time homebuyers she really took the time to explain the whole process to us in a fair and easy to understand manner. We were coming to Louisville from out of state and she made it easy to organize showings on the weekends and talk to us on the phone at times that worked for us. Couldnt recommend enough!
