Pickup order not ready (or even started) upon arrival. Explicit music and employee conversation creating a very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Sandwich was good however Kid-friendliness: Would definitely not take children inside

After the last 5 orders were either missing the drink or chips or were twice delivered to the wrong house down the street (1412 instead of 1421) or took an hour and a half, I'm done. I work in customer service so it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I understand it's hard to get reliable people to work, but zero of my orders are correct.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS JJs. Waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches delivered and we live 0.9 miles down the street. I thought the driver mightve had trouble finding our apartment, but sure enough he rolled right up, sat in his car for 5-10 minutes on his phone, then finally decided to get out and finish the delivery. Ridiculous. I learned my lesson next time Ill just go in. Dont offer freaky fast delivery if its going to take 40 friggin minutes.

We ordered the Veggie Unwich and it was literally lettuce wrapped in lettuce. Maybe one tomato and two pickles. Seriously .....

Definitely not freaky fast. Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery at 12:06pm, and our order arrived at 1:28pm. Called the store, and they said only 1 delivery driver showed up today. I will not order delivery from here again. When he arrived, the driver was super kind and grateful for our patience. It would be nice to get a refund on the delivery fees to compensate for the delay. Update: the franchisee of the location called me a few days after I shared my review with Jimmy Johns and also sent me a $10 gift card. I very much appreciate the follow-up and the dedication to customer service!
