Bryce is the best in Louisville to help you buy or sell a home. I would know, because he helped me both buy & then sell my home when I got a job offer out-of-state a year later! He even helped me lease a home before buying in Louisville, he does it all! I met Bryce when I first moved to Louisville and he found me the most amazing rental home for an affordable price. 2 years later, I was ready to buy, and despite being in the bidding wars of 2021, we found the perfect townhome, I won the bidding war under Bryce's guidance, and the entire transaction went so smooth. Then in early 2023, I had to sell my most perfect townhome for a job relocation. Bryce helped me navigate a difficult situation with a neighbor who wanted to buy the unit, but ultimately he found the perfect buyer on the first day of listing! The thing I really appreciate about Bryce is his practical advice on how to land the offer/acceptance you want! Since knowing Bryce, I've lived in the best properties in Louisville. I can't thank him enough!

5 starsno doubt! Bryce spent the better part of a year helping me find my home here in Southern Indiana. Never once in that period of time did he ever show frustration or disinterest. He was always respectful and patient while showing me every house I requested to see. Very knowledgeable and just a great realtor to work worth!!
