Overall mediocre restaurant. Very Meh. Went there because the online menu had a reasonably priced ribeye and we were in the mood for steak, but when we got there, the only steak on the menu was a sirloin. Went ahead and got that only to have it arrive both overdone and cold, and I have no idea how thats even possible. Service was good and the atmosphere was ok, although it was a fairly sterile hotel restaurant without much ambiance. I would not return unless I happened to be staying at the Galt House and absolutely did not want to leave the building. There are much better choices a short walk away.

Went here for the Easter brunch today. Selection was amazing and loved the omelet station. Definitely something for everyone.

I went to this location when recruiting at an event at the Galt House Hotel. I got the meal to go so I could eat back at the event. The employee/hostess who took my order was not overly friendly but professional. I felt like the cooking time of the meal was appropriate. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with kettle chips. The spicy chicken was not spicy to my palette, but it was a good chicken sandwich. I am not a big fan of chips, so I normally sub chips with fries. I didnt want to eat that heavy when I had a long day ahead of me so I kept the kettle chips that came with the dish. Honestly, the chips were wonderful. Typically, I would throw out the remaining chips but my husband is a chip fan so I decided to bring them home for him to try. He agreed and said Those are some of the best chips I have tried. Honestly, given the google rating I wasnt expecting much so I was pleasantly surprised. Note: I was in the east tower conference area. To find the restaurant go to the third floor and cross over the sky bridge to the west tower and go to the 2nd floor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Walkers Exchange, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire meal. Let's talk about the food - phenomenal would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of trying their brisket grilled cheese, and it was truly a taste sensation. The combination of tender brisket, perfectly melted cheese, and toasted bread created a harmony of flavors that left me craving more with every bite. Each ingredient was clearly of the highest quality, and the attention to detail in its preparation was evident. However, what truly made my dining experience memorable was the impeccable service provided by Hunter and Divya. Not only were they attentive and professional, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Their knowledge of the menu and genuine passion for hospitality truly enhanced my overall enjoyment of the meal. Overall, I cannot recommend Walkers Exchange highly enough. From the phenomenal food to the outstanding service, it's clear that this establishment takes pride in providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit - you won't be disappointed.

My kid got fingers, over fried and they are fresh frozen . My grilled cheese was burned and the cheese wasnt melted:( sadly the other reviews are on par. This place needs better ingredients with a better cook. I would stay away, nice staff but terrible food, the owners probably too cheap to buy better ingredients. If youre serving frozen chicken fingers then fml. Im pretty sure everything they serve is pre-made frozen or canned. Looking over the pictures Im shocked people actually gave good reviews. Every picture I looked at the food looked like a disaster. This place needs a total revamp. Shocked they are in business tbh. This is also the 2nd time in over 30 years I did return my meal and left. This place needs to be on Restaurants Impossible. Sadly I got in to late and did not look at the reviews prior to coming here, if I saw 2.9 I would have never went. But it totally makes sense now. Straight up top 3 worst places I ever experienced in my life.
