Ive been working here for more than a year. I started working here straight out of undergrad and have had an incredible experience thus far. The people on my team inspire me every day and work hard to improve the lives of our clients. Leadership is super supportive in our region and they actually care about our well- being as employees. The flexible schedule and hybrid model is really great, and the work is incredibly fulfilling.

I had the privilege of working here for nearly five years. I started straight out of college and worked my way to a supervisor position within those five years. The amount of support and encouragement you receive along the way are unmatched. The people you work with, both employees and families, are special. I would recommend working here if youre someone who is able to work a flexible schedule (not just 8-5), youre able to use and navigate technology easily, youre a quick learner, youre someone who is organized and good at scheduling, you believe in a healthy work culture where people support and rely on each other, and lastly you want to make a positive impact in the community- starting with the families that make that community.
