They are a team of nightmare fuel. Id repeatedly contacted them asking about my prescription meeting prior authorisation, requesting feedback on the topic as it wasnt my first time contacting them about it. Each time I received automated messages. Their phone number has been down multiple times and when asking about their phone number being down, every message has been ignored. Most recently I received a phone call from someone I dont know telling me that my Pharmacy should give me feedback when I request it from inclusion health. Which makes no sense, how the pharmacy would know Im requesting information from Inclusion health. FA customer which I am a customer contacts you requesting feedback about a topic suggesting someone else to give you feedback is the worst assistance possible. Its like theyre trying to create an argument with me instead of just assisting me.
