My experience: Focused on sales of unreliable equipment with no follow through on technical support. This has repeatedly been demonstrated over the past seven years- previously with DRE and now with Avante. Poor communication from sales rep and technician with curt and dismissive responses. I don't feel supported by this company in my primary objective of providing provide safe and reliable healthcare, and I don't believe they have any sense of accountability to customer support.

I was in need of equipment now. We were turning patients away because
of our own equip that was damaged by a thunder storm. I picked Avante
because they were closest the our hospital. Asked the sales person
when it could ship. He said let me ask the guys in the back. "Next day" they said, is what he told me. It did not ship out. I told him we could come get it in Lousville Ky. Now he must stop lying and tell the truth. Sorry he says
it is coming from our sister Co in Califoria . He was lying all the time
I had found cheaper and better deals elsewhere but picked avante because delivery would be sooner as he said it was ready and closer.
It was all BS he should have just told me they did not have it. Lots of time getting PO and things going, emails sent back and fourth just wasted. I told him that we had patients waiting but he thought his sale was more important.
