Terrible. My mom has a Jazzy from them. It has had multiple problems, now not holding a charge. She cannot even leave to go get her mail. I have tried 3 times to get someone from service to contact us, no return calls. Got a real person tonight ( finally) but it was the "overflow" answering service, who cannot help you at all. Look elsewhere.

Everyone from Rehab Medical was incredibly helpful, and the process moved so smoothly and quickly, that my chair arrived sooner than we expected. Luckily we had just purchased a ramp, and even though it wasn't installed yet, Larry, the technician who delivered the chair, was able to use some of the parts (along with his folding ramp) to get my chair onto our house. EDIT: I will not use this company again. I want to keep people updated and I REALLY want to give this company a chance so Ive put updates. But I just found out we spent all this time (a couple hours) with a tech, ordering exactly what we wanted, and the company are acting as if I never mentioned some of these things before. One item was on back order, so they didnt put it on my chair, I guess canceled it off my order, and didnt tell me. We were willing to pay for what we wanted. Now Ill also have to go through them for insurance needs for the chair while I have it, which I really wish I didnt. I should have went to another company for this chair. OLDER REVIEW: Frustrating experiences. Takes months to receive the products I need. I understand navigating the doctors office and insurance is part of it but the timeframes are still..unacceptable. Ive called to check on an order before only to find out my waiting was pointless, no one put the order in. Im a double above knee amputee, when a charger stops working-or something worse-I cant just park my chair till parts arrive. I appreciate what you have done, but theres too many times Ive been in a pickle.

They came out and guaranteed their warranty they fixed the broken parts they replaced the batteries they did everything they could to make it right and now my electric wheelchair is working just right again I got to hand it to they kept their word and good work and they were on time
