        They can never get you in on the same day or even the next one. Whats the point of having a PCP if you have to wait a week for an appointment? Also, when I did schedule an appointment, they told me one time over the phone, but apparently put it in the system as a different time, causing me to have to reschedule. Its ridiculous.
