I have seen dr for years. The dr and nurses are always very nice, but I hope they could find better persons from Quest to draw blood. One lady didnt call my name correctly, and blame on me didnt listen to her but play my phone. Very interesting, I heard every other patients name, just missed mine. If she really called my name, why I only missed mine? She didnt pronounce it correctly, how could I know its me?! Her attitude is unacceptable and super rude. She didnt know how to treat patients professionally. I have never had this bad experience in my life.

I was very nervous about going to a rheumatologist, but KR has been excellent! I was recently diagnosed with a rare blood disease caused by an autoimmune condition and Dr. Chase has been excellent in explaining my condition and treatment. Shes ready to treat things aggressively and get my health on track! Shes also quick to respond to messages on the patient portal. The nurses are very kind and make you feel comfortable! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone suffering from an autoimmune disease. It stinks that we have to be here in the first place, but good physicians make all the difference!
