I've been here several times, so I know the place we'll. First off : housekeeping. Depending on which way you come in, do yourself a favor and move trailer axles all the way forward before leaving the highway. Tight turns ( a lot of the) will be negotiated easier. Now onto the claims of slow and rude people...... These people, generally, are as nice as you let them be. I see plenty of reviews from "professional drivers " that see to think that shipping/receiving staff need to make their experience amazing. Again my advice, you'll see them for 10 minutes, not enough time to scar you for life. They are allowed bad days too, but if there is a consistent or flagrant issue then say something.

Three hours early for my appointment and got a door immediately. Staffing were extremely friendly and courteous. There's a stagging area to park before checking in. Lots of room to maneuver. Thirty minutes and I was loaded and on my way for delivery. Hats off to the forklift operator.
