Ready Valet LLC

The organization I work for recently sponsored the valet for a nonprofit. Ready Valet LLC was chosen for the valet services and they were absolutely incredible to work with. The Director of Operations, Trey Shapanus was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with at all times. The valet attendants were professional and incredibly fast when working during the event. I highly recommend Ready Valet LLC to any company that wishes to create a special experience for their guests.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to experience the Ready Valet team in action. I attended a large celebration of life ceremony and could not praise this team enough. It was raining relentlessly and there had to be over 100 vehicles, but the professionalism and excellent service did not waiver! The team showed care with handling my vehicle and excellent organization for such a huge event. I cannot praise this valet service enough. Thank you for making my experience seamless.

Instead of the owner, Ross, owning the mistake they made when they once had Ashbourne Farms account, he used a strong valet leader as a scategoat. Is is fair they allow non employee friends to jump in and help when they aren't on payroll? Is it ok for a manager to call in a friend, not on payroll, for a favor to valet cars to meet the on site staff requirement? Should the lead valet be responsible such non payroll one off temporary staff? I gave 1 star for the prior manager Brandon Dejean who realized his lessons as he left the company and added a star for new manager as I hope he does better and owns their mistakes for the owners even though the owners should own it.
