VIP Limousine and Entertainment

This company ruined our daughters prom.  We paid them approx $1200 for what was promised to be, and was supposed to be, a stretch party bus black limousine.  This is what they sent us instead (see attached photo).  The inside is nothing but flat benches around the perimeter.  So disappointing. When this short bus arrived, we contacted them and asked them to send the limo we were promised.  We were told that they overbooked & ran out of limousines.  They did eventually send a standard limo (older model), but by that time, the night was half over and ruined.   We politely asked for a refund and was basically told to pound sand.  I would encourage anyone planning that special event for their child, to avoid VIP Limos.  Rent from this company at your own risk.

I used the limo service last month and the limo was Fantastic.The driver was very nice and made our trip very fun . I would recommend this service to anyone
