My specialist, Donald Vinson, took time to listen to my concerns about weeds in my lawn and addressed them on this trip. Donald took time to make sure my lawn, over an acre, was completely covered. Donald also asked about my young son, who usually likes to watch him work but was sick with a cold on this date. He told me that he will have to see him next time because he will have a new machine to show him. It’s this type of personal service that sets Donald apart. Update: Since my review my service has been terrible. Donald is no longer my specialist and when someone comes out they don’t do a good job or what I ask them to do. After no service for most of the summer I called and someone came out. I asked the guy to spray the entire area for weeds, customer service said he would, and he said he would try. He rode in circles and would spray with a wand every know and then. He didn’t even fertilize the entire yard. I called customer service back and told me they would send Donald and he would spray the entire area. Another guy came and fertilized and didn’t spray at all. I called again and was told Donald would come out and spray the entire area. I was notified yesterday another specialist would be here between noon and 5:00. I mowed earlier than I like while there was still wet to make sure I was done before he arrived. I got a notification this afternoon that the specialist was on the way then I got another notification that he wouldn’t be here today. The messages customer service either doesn’t get to the specialist or they don’t care. I also used to be able to talk to my local office but my calls are always routed to someone out of state. Just terrible service all the way around. PLEASE SEND BACK DONALD VINSON. Service: Weed control

I cannot in good conscious recommend this company. I started service with them in April and that first application was great. Then they didn't come in May. Then in June they came and we were double billed. They provided a service we did not request. We only signed up for the basic weed and feed. We had to request a refund for the difference. Then July, no service yet again. Wasn't the agreed upon service supposed to be monthly? August rolls around, they don't come until the end of the month. Spray my neighbors yard as we are home watching them. Our yard never gets sprayed and we get double charged yet again. The next morning, we call to cancel service and get the run around regarding a refund and trying to cancel. I do not need you to call and confirm we want a refund or to cancel service. Just do what we ask. We are now in the process of reporting TruGreen to the BBB and the KY Attorney General's Office regarding this matter. Service: Weed control
